INSTRUCTIONS:
6 whole strawberries
7 tablespoons water
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
10 tablespoons mochiko
4/5 cups red bean paste (tsubushian)
cornstarch
DIRECTIONS:
Remove stems from strawberries. Wash and dry. Set aside. Divide red bean paste into 6. Roll into balls with slightly wet hands. Flatten into flat disk. Place a strawberry into the center of the paste. Mold the paste around the strawberry to make a nice round ball. In a bowl, combine mochiko and sugar and mix. Add water and mix until incorporated. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on 500 W for 1 1/2 minutes. Take out and mix with spatula. Cover again and microwave once more for 1 1/2 minutes. Peel of plastic wrap and mix with spatula until smooth. Dump the mochi onto the cornstarch-lined cornstarch. Flatten the mochi with hands. Divide into 6. Flatten each sheet of mochi into a round shape with fingers. Place a strawberry-red bean paste ball onto the center of the mochi sheet. Wrap the mochi around the ball and tuck the corners in the center. Place the seam side down onto the cornstarch to help make it stick. And it’s done!

<材料>
・イチゴ 6個
・水 100cc
・砂糖 大さじ1と1/2
・もち粉 80g
・つぶしあん 1カップ
・片栗粉 適量(餅取り用。多めに)
<作り方>
・あんこを6つに分け、玉にし、手のひらで潰して平らにします。
・イチゴをその上に置いて、イチゴをあんで包むように全体を覆います
・ボウルにもち粉と砂糖を入れて混ぜ合わせ、水を加えて全体が
スムーズになるまでかき混ぜます。
・電子レンジ(500W1分30秒)で加熱し取り出します
・餅をかき混ぜ、再度電子レンジへ(500W1分30秒)
・取り出したら片栗粉を敷いたトレイにあけます
・6等分し、手のひらで丸く平らにのばします
・あんでくるんだイチゴをのせ、全体を包み込んで、下側で綴じます
